DURO 6x6 armored trucks
Brief mention of NGOs (doesn't say which ones) using Swiss DURO armored 6x6 trucks in conflict zones. Pretty cool looking, but has to be a lot more expensive than your standard issue Mahindra. Anyone have experience with DUROs?

Interesting.
But I imagine very VERY expensive.
Better to have a decent Security Advisor that can keep staff and assets away from danger than to rely on armoured protection though. Its no use against RPGs, heavy calibre MGs or AT mines ... all common enough in all the nasty places I've worked.
Still .... different jobs require different tools!!
Would be very interested to hear from anyone using them.
